- Oroville-Tonasket/Tonasket-Aeneas Valley/Tonasket-Okanogan (serves Oroville, Ellisforde, Tonasket, Aeneas Valley, Crumbacher, Riverside, Omak, Okanogan) (Spanish/Espanol)
- Twisp-Okanogan/Okanogan-Pateros/Okanogan-Conconully (serves Okanogan, Malott, Brewster, Pateros, Twisp, the Loup, parts of Omak and Conconully) (Spanish/Espanol)
- Twisp-Winthrop-Mazama/Twisp-Pateros (serves Twisp, Winthrop, Mazama, Carlton, Methow and Pateros) (Spanish/Espanol)

- Omak/Okanogan and Conconully buses board on 2nd Ave. in front of the TranGO office.
- Tonasket, Twisp, and Pateros buses board in the alley, behind the TranGO office. Look for the benches near the parking lot in the alley
