Pet Rules

Service animals are welcome on board TranGO vehicles. A Service Animal is any guide dog, or other animal trained to perform tasks for an individual with a disability. Drivers may ask “Is the animal a Service Animal?” and “What task is the animal trained to perform?” The animal will not be allowed (without a carrier) if the rider refuses to answer these questions.

When riding with your Service Animal, please follow these guidelines:
● Your animal must be under your control at all times
● The animal must remain at your feet
● The animal may not obstruct the aisle
● The animal may not sit on a seat
● The animal must not show aggressive behavior

Pets, emotional support, comfort, and/or therapy animals are welcome on board when they:
● Are secured in an FAA approved carrier designed to carry animals
● Do not block the aisle
● Do not deprive a passenger of a seat
